1. The collection

Nameups, operated by STARSHAPE LTD, curates and sells premium domain names from its own portfolio, and can register available names on a buyer's behalf.

2. Acquisition

Purchases are completed through a neutral escrow service or secure payment provider. Names are transferred once payment is confirmed.

3. Offers

Listed prices may be accepted directly, or you may submit a private offer. We are not obliged to accept any offer.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Escrow.com). Applicable taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

5. The frequency feature

Chaldean numerology readings are provided for entertainment and brand-storytelling purposes only and are not financial, legal, or investment advice.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Nameups is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
